- Added first brothel scene to King's Landing

- Additional "idle" scenes for King's Landing

- Added new location: Essos

- Added ability to play Essos events as Daenerys

- Additional characters: Daenerys, Drogo, Viserys, Jorah, Illyrio, Ordello, Kinvara, Mana, Doreah

Saves from 0.1 will not work. In the future, we hope to maintain backward compatibility, but there were just too many changes this time around.
