Now & Then

Now & Then is the story of Jack Brooks (name can be changed), a widower who lives with his teenage foster daughter Carol in a world reeling from the aftermath of a global pandemic. As the story unfolds, players will witness the chain of events that led Jack to adopt Carol and see how they became a real family even before the collapse of civilized society.

Inspired by Stephen King’s *The Stand*, as well as numerous zombie movies and books, Now & Then is a saga about survivors learning to embrace life in all its forms.

While the present is filled with tense moments—the Brooks family struggles with the challenges of the “new reality,” including bandits, the infected, and dwindling supplies—memories of the past offer a glimpse into their former everyday life, where Jack was just learning to be a father to a teenage girl.
